Hot Topic: Water Conservation
Due to a combination of dry weather conditions and new restrictions on pumping water from the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta (Bay-Delta) in Northern California, San Diegans are being called upon to conserve water voluntarily, with mandatory conservation a possibility in the future.
