San Diego Table Tennis Association (SDTTA)

Located in scenic Balboa Park, the San Diego Table Tennis Association occupies the Balboa Park Activity Center. The SDTTA offers 25 Butterfly tables, bright overhead lighting and a high tech sports floor. Players of all ages and skill levels are welcome to enjoy table tennis at this friendly established facility.

Membership is open to the general public. Members pay an annual fee and non-members are welcomed to participate at a minimal cost per session. Specific information on fees can be obtained by contacting the San Diego Table Tennis Association.

The San Diego Table Tennis Association has approximately 400 members who play regularly. There are usually 60-75 participants in our Thursday Night Round Robin Tournaments, which are held weekly and gives members a SDTTA rating. Two nationally sanctioned Open Tournaments are held annually, usually in the spring and fall. The benefits of exercise and interactive social activities are directed towards the entire family, community, young and old, and male or female. There is access for players with disablities, one of whom is a 9-time World Champion. The Senior Table Tennis Olympics are also held here yearly, headed by a SDTTA member.
