Development Services
The City's Development Services Department issues
various permits including those for construction. This site also

Police-Regulated Businesses
Businesses regulated by the City's Police Department need special

Food Establishment Wastewater
Discharge
The City's Food Establishment Wastewater Discharge (FEWD) Program
is responsible for the permitting and compliance monitoring of
food establishments to control the discharge of grease to the
wastewater collection system. The program also conducts
investigations to determine sources of grease-related sewer main
blockages. All food establishments within the City are required to
obtain a permit from FEWD prior to operating. For more information,
