Special Holiday Hours

The downtown Development Services permitting center will then be closed from Thursday, December 25, 2008 and re-opening on Monday, January 05, 2009 at 7:00 a.m.

Limited services will be available during this time.

The Ridgehaven Field office will be open during the holiday’s period with limited staff to provide inspections and issue minor no-plan permits for plumbing, electrical and mechanical work. The field office will be open on the regular hours, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the last permit issued at 3:30 p.m. The office will be CLOSED on Thursday, December 25, 2008, and Thursday, January 1, 2009. Open on Friday, January 2, 2009.

The Neighborhood Code Compliance office will be available for emergency code compliance violations only, from Friday, December 26, through Friday, January 2, 2009. The NCC office will be CLOSED on Wednesday, December 24, 2008; Thursday, December 25, 2008; Thursday, January 1, 2009, and Friday, January 2, 2009.
