• Sewer and Water Capacity Fees
  The City Council approved an increase to sewer and water capactiy fees, effective July 1, 2004. Council has directed that a resolution be prepared for their consideration next week that will affect how the new sewer capacity fees apply. This information will be updated as soon as soon as the decision is made.

• An overview of new and revised fees is detailed in the May 20, 2003, Manager's Report, Development Services Department Fee Proposal: The DSD Fee Proposal was approved by the City Council on May 20, and the fees went into effect on Aug. 2, 2003.
